"Ashley, from the hotel, was very responsive! When some unexpected customers booked a last minute reservation for parking, the shuttle line to the airport was extremely long. She immediately called for several Uber drivers to get us to the airport on time. We've parked here several times and have always had a great experience. We'll be back next time! "

"Good location to park and get a ride to airport. I filled out a form letting them know what time i was expecting to return. When I had my bags I called and they didn't have anyone to come get me and asked. If I could take a taxi and they would pay for it. I did so and the taxi guy was rude and complained about why I didn't take their shuttle. The front desk girl took care of it and I left. "
