"Overall a good experience. Positives were short distance to airport, lobby and bathrooms to use while waiting for shuttle. However the shuttle comes at 45 minutes past the hour not 30 as advertised. So I took an Uber ($14). Return shuttle arrived within 15 minutes but I had to call the hotel to send it. "

"We were so delighted that we were able to have a park for our car. We were able to get a shady place. When we got back in town, our car was still in the safe place we left it. The shuttle was on time going and coming. Thank you for that. We were even able to get 2 cookies on the way out. Yeah!!!"

"My car was safe and I am very grateful. The process was extremely easy and everything went smooth.However the shuttle pulled up and he was told that i was one of three people to go to the airport and while I was gathering my bags to get in he drove off. That was not nice. I had to pay an uber 18 dollars to get to the airport. "

"The parking was great and the shuttle ride was not so good. Going it was great. Coming back we had to wait longer than usual and then the guy waited around for a tip and starred at us until we gave him something. We put our own bags in and took our own bags out."
