Getting to the terminal
The free shuttle runs from 4 AM to midnight, 365 days a year, every 30 minutes (for example 4:30, 5:00, 5:30). Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before you want to be at the airport.
When you arrive
Drive to 201 Harrison Oaks Blvd, Cary, NC 27513, pull up in front of the hotel and check in at the front desk. Have your license plate number ready. Show your prepaid reservation to get a validation code, then register your vehicle with the QR code. On the payment screen, enter the validation code first, then select Skip this step. Then park in any space not marked reserved.
Coming back
Once you have your luggage, call the number in your booking confirmation. At Terminal 1, the ground transportation pickup area is outside baggage claim. At Terminal 2, it is on the lower arrivals level outside baggage claim.

"With this being my first experience. Overall it was great; the return part was a little hectic. I called and was left holding for 10 minutes during that time my husband called and got right thru. Then bus came it was already full had to wait on another one. we were unsure if the next would be for us or not. No confirmation or name given. But we will try again next time "
