"Excellent except for one thing. When I called to say I'm back at the airport the person on the phone was very abrupt. Please remember that when you're standing outside making the call it's very hard to hear. Plus the traveler is trying to navigate so many things. I had to ask her 3 times to repeat herself because she was so abrupt. Other than that everything else was excellent"
