"We had two vehicles and the experience was fine except someone needs to rethink how many cars are being allowed to park in your lot. We literally got two of the last three spots in the entire lot. And they were located in the far back corner behind the hotel. It was frustrating having to spend additional time looking all over the lot when we had a plane to catch. And if I were a hotel customer and had to go through all this (which I wasn't), I would be pretty upset."

"I recently (October 4 - 11, 2025) used Rightway Parking and was so very satisfied. Better than expected to be truthful. When I arrived at the hotel, it only took minutes to complete the paper work, and the shuttle driver was on time and waiting to drive me to the airport. For my return trip from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle was on time. Friendly shuttle drivers both ways. I'm a senior citizen and Rightway Parking made everything super simplified for me. Will ONLY use them in the future."

My car was parked there for 5days .The shuttle came on time to go to airport and the shuttle was waiting to pick me up after I got my luggage. The older gentleman who drove me was very kind .
