"The parking was excellent the only problem I had was with the pickup I literally had to wait 45 minutes because the dispatcher or whoever was the person receiving the calls did not write my phone number done correctly causing a delay if I did not call back to inquire I will probably still be waiting that needs to be corrected."

"I was informed by the hotel that shuttle service to and from the airport was not included with the parking package. That said, I was able to find a work around for the issue. If it is to be included perhaps it should be stated on your website. If it is (I do not recall), perhaps the hotel should be made aware. I use this format because of the shuttle service and safety of my vehicle. Overall, I have encountered no negative experiences in using your company and the hotel. I will continue to use your service in the future."

"The price was reasonable. The parking area was clean and lighted. The bigger hotel next door had a police car parked by the area we parked, nice feeling. The shuttle service was prompt. The driver was very friendly. Opened the doors and loaded/unloaded the bags from the van for me. Dropped me off right infront of my car."
