"Check-in and parking was super easy. The shuttle driver drove like she was being chased, we were glad the van had seatbelts. She dropped us off at arrivals instead of departures and gave us no information about how to catch the shuttle when we got back. Luckily we have done this a few times, first time at this hotel though, and knew what to do. I would park here again if the price was right but I really hope that driver is not working next time."

"The parking was fine and the hotel staff are nice, although very slow. My only complaint is that on my return, we had to wait 40 minutes for the hotel bus. We ended up paying for an Uber. No one wants to wait an additional 40 minutes to get back to their car."

Concierge at the desk in the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the check-in process was a snap, and the parking area was nice and close to the front of the hotel (we've done park and ride at some other hotels where the parking is way in the back or out of the way where you feel like no one has eyes on your vehicle at all). The airport shuttle was on time and efficient and roomy. Overall a great experience! We'll continue to use Rightway for our parking/shuttle needs!"

"Parking was great. But it would be nicer if the driver was more helpful with the luggage. Instead of just offering to help, he said, “do you want help”. On the way back, we again gave a nice tip, he helped get the bags out of the van and took off. Didn’t ask if we’d like help getting them in our car. I just felt that’s rude and lazy. I could see if the people are young themselves. But we’re not."

"When I called the hotel front for a shuttle, they said the shuttle services are off due to inclement weather and told me to uber or get a taxi. I had to complain harder to make them call me an uber. I paid for the shuttle services as well so they should have suggested that first without me complaining about it. "
