"Overall service was very good. Booking via the app was easy. The parking lot is semi-covered, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The shuttle pickup and drop-off are by the entrance to the lot, which makes it easier if you carry heavy luggage. Will definitely use this service again!"

"My wife and I used IAD Crown Plaza parking from 3/29-4/9/26. When we arrived to the parking lot the shuttle van was there and we immediately had our suitcases loaded into the van by a very polite and pleasant driver. We were at IAD airport in about 10-15 minutes. On our return flight we arrived at the designated pickup location and just as I was about to call the IAD Crown Plaza phone number as directed, we saw the shuttle van with the same driver and once again our suitcases were loaded into the van and we were back to the parking lot in 10-15 minutes. It was our first time using IAD Crown Plaza for parking and it certainly will not be our last. "
