"Prepaid for my parking. The shuttle pulled up by my car and immediately transported my family to the airport ( at 4:30am). Dropped off right outside the airport doors. Upon returning called to be picked up. Immediate response and shuttle came within a short time. Pleasant experience and would recommend."

"We only use CVG Xpress Park and Ride when we travel. They have always given us friendly and quick service. I can't begin to tell you how nice they are. Our car is safe in their lot. We were met at our gate before we even got there. He parked us by our car for us to get the bags in the trunk. (He did the heavy lifting for us.) We even got two bottled waters when we left the lot. Super nice. Super quick service. Reasonable price. We highly recommend!"

However when I returned and inserted my ticket it was requesting for an additional $24 upon my exit. I had to get assistance from the attendant to prove I paid my parking in full. I even arrived back earlier than what I paid for but it was quickly resolved without any issues."
