Exactly as the process is described. We were pleased with both the service and the price. We plan to continue using this service as it fits our need perfectly. "

"Travel to the airport was great! The pick-up from the airport back to our cars no so much. It seems the driver disappeared. We were told he would be there in 5 -7 minutes & 30 minutes later he shows up. Not the way I wanted to end a beautiful trip!"

"Other than the initial check-in at the front desk, the parking experience here is just about the same as any of the other airport parking experiences. Just cheaper. Definitely the way to go - especially for long trips."

"Our parking was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very cheerful and friendly when we went into the hotel they explained in detail how to get a hold of them when we returned. The night we were picked up it was a horrible, horrible storm like 34 inches of rain, thunder, and lightning and the gentleman that picked us up offered to drive us to our car and he even helped get the luggage out put it in our trunk very nice man and that would be on Monday around 10 PM. I didn’t get his name but very nice gentleman."

"Super easy access to the hotel, we simply signed in on arrival, got our tag for the mirror, locked our car and jumped on the shuttle. The shuttle was easy to catch when we arrived back from our trip, this is our favorite long term parking spot!"
