"Very easy to book, quick sign-in at front desk of hotel. Shuttle was ready to go right on time. Short trip to airport, Area 2. Return flight was at 11:00pm. Called for shuttle, arrived within ten minutes. No traffic either way, so both trips were smooth. Shuttle drivers courteous and friendly."

"Arrival at the parking was smooth. Dropped off bags by the shuttle, parked the car, minimal paperwork, friendly staff. Return was just after a storm. Flight was not cancelled, landed with no issue; as were other planes. In general shuttles were running and cars/busses were on the streets. Delta by Marriott was not running shuttles, and said it would be my issue to get there. I needed to get an Uber. However, Rightway Parking responded quickly to my e-mailed complaint and they refunded the uber cost. I can't say they'll do it every time; but great service. Highly recommended rightway parking; delta by marriot needed much better customer service."

"Very easy booking for parking, straightforward check-in, and no issues with pickup. The free shuttle is fantastic, although you must schedule dropoff in advance, which isn’t obvious on the listing. "

"Everything went smoothly. Just don't forget to add an extra 30-45 minutes to your total travel time because the shuttle only goes every 30 minutes and it takes about 10 to get to/from the hotel to the airport."
