"We love parking at Fairfield inn Plainfield indiana....we've used it several times...the shuttle pickup is very convenient going to the airport, however on the return from airport i was given a different number to call. My daughter inlay called Fairfield inn directly and the shuttle picked us up within 20 minutes. Was a little frustrating when I called and the lady answering didn't know what I was talking about. We will continue to use Rightway parking in the future tho."

"Started out perfect...we sat inside lobby and within 10 minutes shuttle arrived...driver was great! On return however, we had to wait almost 30 min in 23 degree weather on shuttle. We picked up luggage and i called for pickup...Lady at desk said to call back when we get to zone 2 took 5 mins so I called again...she said shuttle is on way...I called several more times and 25 min later we were picked up!!! They need to work on their pickup time!!!!"
