"The daily price to park was great. Found the location to be safe. I do wish we had the option of a shuttle, but not having that did reflect on the decreased price to park per day, so I get it. Our son picked us up and took us to the airport but he couldn’t do so upon our return so had to uber back which was about $27. Overall a good experience, and I would use this facility again. "

"We were impressed by the excellent service offered by DTW Double Tree parking. Very prompt, courteous, and quick to respond to phone calls. We arrived at DTW on August 1 at about 5pm, called the hotel for the shuttle. The hotel sent a message immediately to the shuttle driver who was waiting for us at the hotel courtesy pick up entrance. We were taken straight to where we parked our car, helped us with transferring the luggage to the car. Great service. Next time I will use Double Tree parking. Well done Hilton.
