Trying to reach anyone or FAQs for anyone at Rightway after hours is impossible and confusing. If you need to extend your reservation just make a new reservation starting at the time your first ends, there's no extend option and there's no solution when it's overnight hours and the company is closed"
"Driver did not stop or announce at airport and drove away without me after an already very long trip. Also website was not changed to reflect the change in pick up stop at Newark Airport! "
