"Great service with one flaw. That would be the shuttle service. When we arrived from overseas and called the number to the hotel, we got disconnected every time using two different phones so we could not call the shuttle. Instead, we took an Uber, which was only $15 so no big deal and it was faster anyway but I think the shuttle surface needs to be improved."

They were, however worth every dime if the amount we paid. We booked through an online service they did not tell us of the handicapped benefit, but the Element did. Drop off and puck up drivers were right on the money. GREAT SERVICE"
