It was not clear where to get the shuttle back from the Airport, but if you call the hotel's number (found on the email they sent to confirm your payment), you will hear a recording that advises you where to wait for the shuttle."

"I used to give 5 stars. Recently used this location and parking was great and shuttle to airport was great. They promote 24 hr shuttle service to and from airport. When I arrived back to airport, I waited over an hour for the shuttle bus to arrive. I called 9 times to the shuttle phone number and it mentioned to select 2 to contact driver. It hangs up without connecting the driver. I had to call Uber to get back to hotel. I showed the hotel all the calls. And both shuttle buses were sitting there at hotel. They didn’t mention anything on why the shuttle driver didn’t answer calls."
