"Simple and easy. Getting out of the lot would not have worked without an attendant waiting at the gate. The ticket the hotel gave me did not operate the gate. "

"Parking lot with completely full when I arrived. I had to be helped by the security guard to find a parking spot that was apparently reserved. The only one left. It was a scary moment as I almost lose my shuttle to the airport. The person after me had to leave the car outside the lobby, not sure what they did with it afterwards. Shuttled to and from the airport were on time."

"This is the third time I've parked at Embassy Suites Airport Hotel, and I have no complaints. The shuttle is on time, and it is a short trip to the Airport from the hotel. It was not clear where to get the shuttle back from the Airport, but if you call the hotel's number (found on the email they sent to confirm your payment), you will hear a recording that advises you where to wait for the shuttle."
