"We parked two vehicles at Embassy Suites 10/2-10/8, it was an easy process just get a ticket at the gate (hold on to your ticket for validation upon your return), walk in to desk and give them your parking reservation info, park your vehicle, and use the shuttle to get over to the airport. Upon return we had no issues and it was an easy process. When you arrive back at BNA just call for the shuttle, once you are at ground transportation garage, for a pick up and return to Embassy Suites. Take your ticket in to be validated at the front desk and drive out with your vehicle. The gated parking made us feel a bit more comfortable."

"I like parking at Embassy Suites but when we checked in nobody told us the shuttle did not run between 12:30 am till 4 am we had a delayed flight and didn’t get in till 1 am when we finally got someone to answer the phone they told us of the new schedule after we walked to the pick up area then we had to walk back to the taxi area which cost me $35 to get to the Embassy I don’t think the Embassy had informed you of the change because it still says 24/7 operating times"
