"My overall experience was good. Shuttle drivers were great at helping with ou luggage. Was alittle bit unclear where pickup location at BNA, but I would definitely use this same service again. "

"This was very easy process to use. The shuttle run every 15 minutes, so there was absolutely no waiting to get to the airport and a shuttle. Was there when we arrived to return home. Very simple to check in park your vehicle and check out. Will use this facility again on my next travel trip "

"Our experience was awesome ! The whole process was easy . Communication was great ! Safe parking area . Shuttle to airport was fast and comfortable Customer service was amazing . Our plane had a 16 hour delay we were well after midnight when landed Service to get back to our car was still available at that hour . We called to verify we could get to our car Finding where to go to catch the shuttle was awesome communication. They were great with directions and the time frame to wait was short . We will be using Right way again for our next trip . "

"Right way booking was smooth and the detailed instructions were helpful. Marriott parking was a bit confusing however. There is a small sign up to the right of the entrance that leads you back to the parking area. I didn’t see it at first because of traffic in the lot. We forgot to print our Rightway online permit so I received a ticket from the desk to leave on the dash. Instructions upon returning stated to check-in before leaving. There were 4 different couples on our shuttle who went to the desk and were told they could just go because the gates were open. We were all hoping we would not get charged twice. Rightway made it easy. Marriott was a bit confusing however. "

"Perhaps I missed it in the instructions but I wasn't sure how to gain entry and pay. Now I know. Push button to get ticket at entry gate, find any parking space, upon return (and showing receipt for purchasing the parking) the front desk will give you a ticket to scan to raise the gate when leaving."
