"I appreciated the ease of parking. The walk from parking to the shuttle is a trek. Not like Parking Spot where they pick up at your car. The shuttle was prompt. My arriving flight was 2 hrs late and when I went to my car, there was a tow notice on my windshield. It was in the line of sight for driving. I could not scrape it off. I had to drive home with my windshield partially obstructed.I could have been sited for it if I was stopped by patrol. I wasn't given any grace for a late arrival. Not good customer service. Hopefully they do better in the future. The sticker was a pain in the ass to remove, by the way!"
