"The booking was an easy process. However, I did have an issue with rescheduling the reservation and the hassle of sending an email and contacting an agent/manager after the weekend, but thankfully they worked with me and I was able to utilize the parking I paid for at a later date. The only other issue may have been that although I didn’t fully articulate that I paid for parking, the front desk at the hotel simply told me to place a placard on the dashboard and park anywhere out front. They didn’t check my records/receipt or anything. The shuttle itself was perfect. I will utilize this service again but I think with minor improvements this could be elite service!"
