Embassy Suites Dallas Love Field Airport Hotel

"The sign up online was user friendly. I called to ask a few questions as this was our first time to use Rightway parking and the staff was courteous and helpful explaining to me how this all worked. The fee was a good value. We arrived on flight day and the Embassy Suites staff took our scan code and information and handed us a tag to place in our truck which we parked where we wished in available spaces. The hotel shuttle left shortly after we arrived and drove around to put our luggage in the van. We were only 10 - 15 minutes from the airport and we were dropped off with assistance with our luggage at the airline we were flying on. The driver was friendly and helpful. This was a very smooth and stress free process which we plan to use again in October for another personal trip. I highly recommend using Rightway Parking company. They have a selection of hotels close to the airport who participate. I once paid in advance for a place at Parking Spot, another parking company, several months before the trip and we were informed they were full when we arrived early before our prearranged time of arrival. . We were forced to park at the airport which is very expensive. They did refund my fee and gave us a small coupon but it did not make up for the frustration and added unexpected expense of having to park elsewhere. Thank goodness we were early for the flight. Check out Rightway Parking in the city where you reside. You will be glad you did. "

However, I did have an issue with rescheduling the reservation and the hassle of sending an email and contacting an agent/manager after the weekend, but thankfully they worked with me and I was able to utilize the parking I paid for at a later date. The only other issue may have been that although I didn’t fully articulate that I paid for parking, the front desk at the hotel simply told me to place a placard on the dashboard and park anywhere out front. They didn’t check my records/receipt or anything. The shuttle itself was perfect. I will utilize this service again but I think with minor improvements this could be elite service!"
