Embassy Suites Grapevine DFW is an excellent choice for affordable long or short-term airport parking for the Dallas Fort Worth Airport.
Guests parking with the Embassy Suites can use the hotel amenities which include Wi-Fi access, restrooms and a comfortable waiting lounge.
The hotel is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking.
Shuttle service is provided to and from the airport with every reservation.
Shuttle Information
Shuttle service runs from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, 365 days a year.
Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes (E.g, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00 Etc.)
Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via email/text confirmation.

"I love parking outside the airport and having somebody drive to the terminal. The parking at the embassy was so close to the hotel. I thought we would have to park far away. This made it so easy. The shuttle coming every 30 minutes was great to be able to make my flight. The only downfall is that only operates from 6 o’clock till 10 o’clock at night. Sometimes I take a lighter flight by the time I get off and my luggage it gets late. I’ll have to be careful to look at that and unfortunately park somewhere else. But I’m hoping this doesn’t happen. Thank you for the great price and easy access to the airport. "

"The parking place was great, the service with the shuttles was great. When I got back, the automated phone service to get a shuttle to pick you up was difficult - 1st it asked for a door number which isn't actually posted on the doors at the airport. Only specific numbers would get the automated call to continue to the next phase. Then I had to key in my 10 digit phone number in several times because it didn't recognize that I had keyed in the 10 digit number - pretty frustrating. I think this is an Embassy Suites automated call problem. When I tried to connect with a person, it sent my back through the automated process - a big circle. "

"Everything was great. Easy to find, courtesy busses ran regularly and drivers were courteous. The only problem was with the AI when I called for pick up. I was at A10 at DFW airport and AI kept telling me that they don’t pick up there. Then it rolled off all the pick up spots, but too fast to comprehend. Then it rerouted me back to the beginning of the menu. After a few times I heard A5 and tried it. A human voice would have resolved this issue without and frustration."

"I have always enjoyed parking at this lot, was a little annoyed and glad all on one when I returned to my car and found I had a parking notice showing that my parking ended two days earlier than my reservation, which upon confirming I did in fact pre pay for all the days I was parked and just very very glad nothing happened to my car. We need to take care of the customers info better and reservations. "

"I gave four stars because The process was easy and affordable from booking with the website to parking my car and checking in. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I received a text the morning I was to return telling me my parking reservation had ended, and I was confused because I wasn’t due to pick my car up until that evening. So it made me worry about if my car would still be there. Also when I tried to reach someone at the hotel to let them know my flight was delayed, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Which gave me a little bit of panic. "
