"I have always enjoyed parking at this lot, was a little annoyed and glad all on one when I returned to my car and found I had a parking notice showing that my parking ended two days earlier than my reservation, which upon confirming I did in fact pre pay for all the days I was parked and just very very glad nothing happened to my car. We need to take care of the customers info better and reservations. "

"I gave four stars because The process was easy and affordable from booking with the website to parking my car and checking in. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I received a text the morning I was to return telling me my parking reservation had ended, and I was confused because I wasn’t due to pick my car up until that evening. So it made me worry about if my car would still be there. Also when I tried to reach someone at the hotel to let them know my flight was delayed, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Which gave me a little bit of panic. "
