" I was put into a shuttle right away. It took less than ten minutes to give them my key and sign the paper work. When I got back someone else had called them before I did at the airport, so when I called they already had a shuttle heading over to terminal A. I waited less than 5 minutes. I will definitely use them again. I parked at different hotel last time an parked so far away I had to lug my luggage for a long haul to the office and there is no one to help you. This hotel parking was much more convenient. They are awesome."

"I paid online. When I arrived, I showed the confirmation, and was ready to take the shuttle. They provided me with a ticket number and business card. Once we returned in Newark, we called for pick up, waited 10 minutes. Upon arrival at the lot, got the key and the car was parked near, so we could get in it and head home. Will use them again."
