"First time using this parking company and although I am not a fan of outside parking, the shuttle service was fast and efficient and upon return and check out, the customer service was personable and very helpful. If I had a suggestion for improvement, it would be AC on the shuttle or open windows. The heat in the van was unbearable. Great Job everywhere else! "

However, this time checking out for some reason.The ticket wasn't scanning.Even though it showed a zero balance on the screen, and it took five minutes for the person to come on.And finally, let us open the gate and get out."

Easy to purchase parking in advance online, find parking location, park, and the wait for the shuttle to the airport was minimal. When arrived back to OAK the shuttle was already there with no wait.
