"My morning arrival to the lot, parking, attendant interaction and drop off at the airport were great.
The pickup driver at the airport in the afternoon was lousy. He was on his phone when he pulled up and stayed on his phone when I was trying to ask which lot he was going to (different shuttle and writing on the side than I’ve had many times before). He basically told me to figure it out myself. There were 3 of us traveling (60 year olds). He didn’t get off the phone to help us with our bags curbside and didn’t help us unload them at the lot either. "

"I was able to self park my car fine but then was later advised it was going to be Valet. Not sure where that designation is as it was not marked at all just the driver advising me. I think (?) that is a new policy. It was fine but obviously they have to take your keys. The driver was very nice and pleasant. The only recommendation is that the vans are more clearly marked. I was watching for a van that had Park N Travel logos and the one I had, had one only on the hood which was not discernible very much. The header on the top of the fan read something totally unrelated. "
