Parked the car and waited a short while for the shuttle that took us to the terminal. Coming back, I called the hotel, they sent the van to get us, and were dropped off by the car. Both drivers were very pleasant and helpful with our bags."

"The service at the hotel's front desk was great, but the shuttle driver made the service unpleasant. If he is having a bad day, maybe he should stay home and not face customers. The instructions is to stand by the sign labelled "F" for pick-up. There are 2 signs with that letter, and they are fairly far apart. It should be his responsibility to check both signs and not scream at anyone not standing where he wants to stop. "
