The only exception was my return pickup at FLL, when I wasn’t aware the there were two different pickup areas and of course airport personnel pointed me in the apparent wrong location. I tried to flag down the passing van and he just flew by without stopping! Thus I took a taxi to Homewood Suites to get my car. Apparently their staff and their drivers assumed I would know where their pickup points are. P. S. I have two more trip’s upcoming this fall."

"Parking athe facility was perfect, no issues. However the shuttle service realy sucked! upon our return we call the hotel for shuttle service and waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle to show up. we repeatedly call and was told it was on the way. Even though they stated it runs every hour, our wait was too long and we Ubered ($12.00)to the hotel which was only 2 miles from the airport.If we were to reconsider parking there in the future we need to balance the actual cost and convenice of parking at the airport itself without the hotel shuttle. and Uber cost."

On the hour. If you use the parking service try to time your arrival for the hourly shuttle.
