"Overall a very good experience and a great price compared to Uber or onsite airport parking. The parking drop off and shuttle from the hotel to the airport were very easy. The trip home was more difficult, coordination with the hotel shuttle was frustrating with the hotel offering varying pickup times depending on who answered at the front desk. Ended up waiting almost an hour until the Embassy Suites bus offered to give us a ride (Hampton Inn is across the street). If they can tighten up the shuttle service from the airport I'd give this service 5 stars. "
