"All went very well for us after leaving our car at this Hampton Inn for three weeks. One thing the hotel could have done better was that they could have let us know that cold breakfast items would be available including a bagged breakfast before the hot items were available. We didn't think we would get any breakfast because we had to catch the first available shuttle to IAD. "

"Your service has always been exceptional. When we picked up our baggage, I contacted the front desk who in turn contacted the driver who was already at the airport. The driver was kind enough to wait about 10 minutes until we were able to get our bags to the pick-up location. The driver was very pleasant and exceptional driver. Your serive is the best!!!!"

"This was my first time using Rightway Parking and it went fine. The staff and driver at the Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades were very nice. I think the Rightway fee is a bit too high in addition to the daily parking fee paid to the hotel. I travel quite a bit so paying this much per trip might be too costly for me. Thanks. "

"The front desk and shuttle driving staff at Hampton Inn Dulles were extra-helpful. We drove over an hour at 4 am then left our car there for sixteen days. The person at the desk the night before explained about the shuttle schedule. We got to Dulles on time. Then, after over two weeks, I called the morning of and the driver ended up coming thirty minutes early--two trips in one hour-- to get me because I missed the scheduled pick up. Again, the people at the desk were also kind and helpful. It was a true bargain, also."
