Hampton Inn Dulles Cascades

"Up to expectations. Drop off and pick up pn time."

R. Fajardo

"This was a good place for us to park for our long trip. We were picked up promptly at the airport when we arrived."

J. Kotek

"All went very well for us after leaving our car at this Hampton Inn for three weeks. One thing the hotel could have done better was that they could have let us know that cold breakfast items would be available including a bagged breakfast before the hot items were available. We didn't think we would get any breakfast because we had to catch the first available shuttle to IAD. "

W. Wright

"It was very easy to find and the hotel staff was very nice. But the hotel was almost 25 minutes from the airport. It said it was only 3 miles. That was not true. "

R. Sievers

"Fast and reliable service. When I came to hotel, they knew about me and took no time to get papers done. Recommend."

S. Gratchev

"Easy and seamless. Prompt and friendly shuttles."

R. Denham

"Driver was very careful and cautious. "

K. Wessel

"Your drivers are awesome. My vehicle was iced in. The driver offered to dig me out!"

J. Diffenderfer

"Very easy process. Less expensive than other parking options. Would use again for trips out of Dulles airport."

J. Brinley

"Friendly folks- the hotel is a little ways from the airport and the shuttle isn't hourly, but the price is lower - so if that is fine for a lower price - go for it"

E. Stewart

"Your service has always been exceptional. When we picked up our baggage, I contacted the front desk who in turn contacted the driver who was already at the airport. The driver was kind enough to wait about 10 minutes until we were able to get our bags to the pick-up location. The driver was very pleasant and exceptional driver. Your serive is the best!!!!"

D. JORDAN

"Great easy and convenient "

K. Meyer

"It was easy to book this parking. The hotel office staff and shuttle driver were helpful. "

M. Yoder

"The hotel is quite far from the airport. On my return I had to wait for the shuttle for one hour and because of traffic jam the ride was about 30 minutes. "

A. Beyzman

"This was my first time using Rightway Parking and it went fine. The staff and driver at the Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades were very nice. I think the Rightway fee is a bit too high in addition to the daily parking fee paid to the hotel. I travel quite a bit so paying this much per trip might be too costly for me. Thanks. "

L. Curland

"Parking opportunity was great. Little way from airport but transport was good. Cost was economic. Yes I will use the service again."

R. Finley

"Great service by hotel. They did pick up on time, and accommodate my delay flight. "

J. Shrestha

"The front desk and shuttle driving staff at Hampton Inn Dulles were extra-helpful. We drove over an hour at 4 am then left our car there for sixteen days. The person at the desk the night before explained about the shuttle schedule. We got to Dulles on time. Then, after over two weeks, I called the morning of and the driver ended up coming thirty minutes early--two trips in one hour-- to get me because I missed the scheduled pick up. Again, the people at the desk were also kind and helpful. It was a true bargain, also."

K. Skora

"It is convenient and easy to use."

D. Le

"First time user, I am very pleased. Shuttle was ready on time to leave and the waiting to get pick up wasn’t long, just enough time from them to drive from the hotel to the airport. Shuttle was spacious and clean. My car was I left it. "

J. Torres Cordoves

"Once reserved, it is an easy process. Park your car, register at desk, take shuttle to airport. Upon return, call to have shuttle pick you up. The shuttle driver even loaded our luggage into our car!"

D. Hespenheide

"Easy to find, smooth journey. Always use Rightway! "

L. Unger

"The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that hotel is located within a construction zone full of trucks and street closures around. But once there the process is straightforward. There’s a dedicated area for airport parking and shuttle is available between certain hours."

A. Beyzman

"Friendly staff, car was safe. Driver came as soon as we called on our return. "

B. Michaelangelo

"Hampton Inn made it easy to park and get to the airport. They were just a bit slow at picking us up after our long journey, but after a couple of calls, we got back to our car and it was safe and sound."

D. Downey

"I would have picked a different location had I known that there was extensive construction adjoining the parking area and that the shuttle only ran once an hour. Otherwise met my needs, but I will not use this facility again."

M. Dailey

"Excellent experience. Drop off process was easy at the hotel desk. My vehicle was safe and the shuttle to and from the airport seamless."

T. Mann

"Smooth parking, drop off and pick up we're all timely and stress free"

J. Kyeyune

"It was a great price and our vehicle was fine while on our trip. Just a little “sketchy” looking area, maybe because of ongoing construction in the area."

V. Thurston

"The experience was amazing and hassle free. Went there parked car took shuttle within 5 minutes and on way back shuttle was already outside waiting ! The parking place is secure. I will be using it for upcoming travels for sure !"

M. Rafique

"Prompt shuttle service to and from Dulles airport."

T. Nguyen

"Very convenient parking experience. We out of Dulles in the early hours so we stayed at the hotel and didn't have to move the car or anything. Everything was handled by the front desk and the shuttle was prompt and comfortable. No issues retrieving the car was as simple as getting in it and driving away. Would definitely recommend."

S. Nordeck

"Very professional service for a very reasonable price! Reliable and helpful personnel. I will definitely use them again the next time I fly from Dulles. "

I. Dabaghyan

"I rarely write reviews, but in this case I felt I must. This was a 27 days parking reservation for our SUV. These guys are simply provide you with the best possible customer service out there! At first I hesitated making a reservation because of a 15 min distance from the airport, but looking back it was absolutely worth it. The shuttle drivers are extremely nice and the hotel staff is very professional and helpful. Will definitely do business again!"
