I did wait almost 40 minutes for the shuttle at the airport and then it was going to charge me $10 for the extra hour and 10 minutes from my departure time, even though it was still within a full day that I paid for. The hotel did fix that but it was a hassle. Overall good experience "

"We hate to tell everyone of this location, but we must. Using Rightway to park at the Hilton Blue Lagoon in Miami is the easiest thing about our travels. When you register and pull up to the gate it automatically opens. You park, take your luggage to the van and you are off to the airport. Coming back is just a easy. When you leave you pull to the gate and it opens. You never have to deal with the desk. Thanks for making parking so easy. "

"Everything was exceptional from the hotel to the airport. It is never a hassle. The only thing is pick up from the airport to the hotel. I tracked the shuttle on the app and waited at stop 1.. the bus driver kept driving after waiting 25 minutes.. He never stopped at station 1. I had to uber, which is ridiculous since I was well within hours of bus operations.. that is my only complaint. "

"This is my second time parking there and each time it has been a very nice and smooth process. Getting in was easy, a lot of empty spaces available and the bus to the airport goes every 30 minutes so I will park there every time that I fly from Miami Airport."

"I have used twice and this is now my regular parking for MIA. Shuttles are regular and on time, parking is gated, and close to the airport. Tips: 1) there are signs in the parking lot for where to park 2) you might see multiple shuttles, the next one moving to the airport will be in front of the front hotel door 3) at MIA there is more than one hotel shuttle that says "Blue Lagoon", ensure the address and hotel name matches."
