"We arrived at the 17th Street Hilton on the morning or our 15- day cruise and presented our receipt from Rightway Parking. We were greeted by the Valet and was shown were to park our car. It was in the Hilton lot and seemed very safe. Upon return from our cruise we went back to the Hilton to pick up our car. We found a Valet, he told us to bring our car to the gate then contact him and he would open the gate to let us out without paying the $850.00 that they wanted at the gate. Do not insert your credit/debit card into the gate controller. Our car was fine, no problems."

"Rightway was the right way to deal with our parking for the cruise. All instructions and communication was concise and even though it was a pain getting to the Hilton, as expected with 7 cruise ships in port for departure that day, the parking was perfect and at $10 a day instead of Hilton's $48 a day rate was definitely a bargain. There was a table just inside lobby to arrange shuttle directly to our cruise ship and even though it was $20 per person was still a great deal and was for timely pickup on return from cruise. Will definitely use Rightway again next time we cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale."

"Securing the booking on line = super simple; Presenting the reservation to an attendant at the lot = nerve-wracking (the attendant seemed a bit confused but he took a picture of my reservation and gave me instructions); Parked the car and enjoyed my weekend! Picking up my car when I returned from activities = also super easy except since I parked under a tree and apparently it rained, I had to immediately take the car to get cleaned. When leaving the lot, I pressed the call button, explained what the first attendant had told me and I was allowed to leave the lot with no issues. Definitely will do it again!"

"Parking and exiting was simple enough. However, if you are also staying at the hotel. The hotel will charge you for the first night wat the full hotel rate of nearly $50, even if you also paid for the first night through Rightway. My advice, use the parking, don’t stay at the hotel. "
