The only problem is that the Holiday inn shuttle to the airport only starts at 7.00am I got there at 6.00am since my flight was at 7.00am I was forced to take a taxi to the airport from the Holiday Inn to avoid missing my flight at an additional cost of $25.00"

"Instructions were clear, front desk was kind, ample room to leave the car parked. There is security and cameras which is reassuring. Reason for 4 stars is because they offer shuttle service, which worked well to get to the airport, no issues there. But upon arrival, I called to request the shuttle after clearing customs and grabbing my bag and they told me it was a 45 minute wait bc they needed the shuttle to be full, which is really the last thing you want to hear after spending the whole day traveling and knowing the hotel is a 5-10 minute drive away."
