See all 7 reviews →"We were treated really well upon arrival at the hotel and our drop off at the airport was wonderful. Upon return, our experience was "meh." Starting with the call we made upon our return. No one wants to be put into an automated phone queue, but that's what you get. Eventually, you do get a live person who quickly tells you where to eventually find your driver. It's quite a walk, but that's no fault of Rightway. But we waited for quite a while. It seemed every other hotel shuttle except ours came by while we waited and waited. After traveling for 20 hours from overseas, it seems like an eternity. This, above everything else matters to travelers - and waiting endlessly and not knowing if there might have been some misunderstanding - it frames a customers entire mindset about long-term parking. Quick pickup at the airport and managing expectations accurately is important to weary travelers and there is definitely room for improvement in the use-experience with Springhill Suites. This is our 2nd experience with this venue. "
