"We have a large 12 passenger van. All good. However, we were away for 3 weeks and upon returning home, our battery was dead. I asked for help jumping it and the front desk said they could not help us. I had to wait 2 hours for my insurance's roadside assistance to help us get it started. Just so you have an idea, we had a 32 hour travel time from half way across the world back to Miami, so we were utterly exhausted. Other long term parking companies DO offer help in these situations. Besides that, it was affordable and our vehicle was not damaged."

"Everything here was smooth sailing and as described in their description/instructions. Sometimes the shuttles runs a little earlier than 15 min increments (For example, it may get there at 7:10 instead of 7:15) but that’s okay since the airport is so close you won’t be waiting long (no stops made at any other hotel once you are picked up). The only reason I have taken a star off is due to the pressure I felt from the driver to tip him. He asked how the service was and looked at my hands, seeing I had no cash for him and as I was leaving after I gave my compliment, he called my attention and asked if I had any tip for him. This is sort of unprofessional in my opinion as tip should never be mandatory. Overall, he had a good attitude. I would definitely keep this in mind if you book with this airport. "
