"We were very pleased with our first time using your company. Everyone was very helpful, taking our luggage out of the car and putting it back in the car when we returned. Your van was very comfortable and well maintained. The van brought us right to the terminal and picked us back up in the same area. The cost was higher than other advertised companies but the other companies didn't have transportation to and from the port so your company was more convenient aand more economical in the long run. We will use your company in the future."

"Overall, our experience with Rightway Parking at Port Canaveral was just okay. The biggest issue was the embarkation process. The check-in instructions were confusing and not very clear, especially for first-time customers. We were surprised to learn that we had to leave our car keys with the staff. This was never clearly disclosed during the booking process, and it made us uncomfortable. If this requirement had been communicated upfront, we could have been prepared and known what to expect. After checking in, we had to wait in a long line for the shuttle to the port, which added extra time to the start of our cruise. The shuttle ride itself was fine, but the overall embarkation process felt disorganized and stressful. The debarkation process, however, was much better. The shuttle pickup from the port was quick and efficient, and our vehicle was ready when we arrived back at the lot. The only downside was having to drag our luggage across the gravel parking area, which was difficult with rolling suitcases and could be challenging for families or anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, Rightway got us to and from the port safely, and the return process was smooth. However, clearer communication about leaving vehicle keys, a more organized embarkation process, and paved walkways for luggage would make the experience much better."
