Check-in time was ~20min.; easy with little waiting; transfer to port was smooth and well organized; and, shuttle driver took time to fully explain how to find the shuttle upon returning. Return time was ~15min. It was a little hard to find the shuttle station due to some many people and shuttles. We just looked for the shuttle with the parking name."

We walked directly to the MSC line with our luggage without anyone approaching us and never received a ticket! Upon arrival to pick up our vehicle, returning from the ship, the area to unload luggage should be paved/concrete. The gravel area where the shuttle parked destroyed nearly half of the wheels on our luggage rolling them to our vehicle! 🥺"

They are on time, extremely helpful, professional and the best ride to and from the port. Just a couple of miles away and they handle all the luggage to and from the port. All I had to do is take it out of my car and bring to the transport area. They did everything else. We saved plenty of $ by using them instead of all the "port parking" or "near hotel parking" By far they have been the best bang for our buck!!!!"
