"It was a very good experience. Drivers nice and organized. No confusion with reservation. The only issue was the name of the parking company, Rightway, was different from what the sign said. This led us on a goose chase for about 15 minutes down the road until we decided we must have had the correct company. That could have been avoided with everyone agreeing on what the name and sign should be. Also, when I picked my car up, it was plastered with cut grass, which I had to clean off one blade at a time by hand. It was glued on by the time I picked my car up."

"I highly recommend this company. The location was very close to the any of the cruise ships. There was a free shuttle to any of the cruise ships. You didn't have to sit on the shuttle while they dropped other passengers off at a different ship. They were well organized at the check-in. The staff assisted in unloading your vehicle if needed. They loaded your luggage into the van. They also provided clear and concise information for you to meet up for your pick-up. We waited approximately 20 minutes on each end waiting on a van. The ride itself was about 10 minutes. It is well worth the price. Why stress out on your first and last day, when you have this company taken care of your transportation to and from the ship."

It seemed like a small army of people helped with our luggage and had it lined up and ready to put in the next shuttle for us. Our shuttle driver got us to the ship quickly and when we returned to port was there within 10mins of our debarking the ship. Great service will recommend and use again."
