"Great place to park. I forgot to look my car when I got on the shuttle and called back to the Rengency Hotel from the airport and a kind front desk women went out and locked my car for me. That is great service!!!"

"the checking in and parking was good . only problem is the bus shuttles. those men are rude, they want you in the shuttle even if there is no space, and they drive very reckless. And when You have a lot of luggage they get upset they have to put it in the trunk. This cuban guy just kept telling me “ como no vas entra” aka how are you not going to fit . then he drives and i fell on a person. ridiculous drivers. "

"Excellent parking experience! The shuttle to the airport was fast and convenient. On our return, we waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle, but since our flight had already been delayed for nearly two hours and we were exhausted, we decided to take an Uber instead of waiting any longer. Overall, I definitely recommend Regency Miami Airport by Sonesta for airport parking. The price was excellent, the service was good, and my car was exactly as I left it. I would absolutely use this parking service again in two weeks. "

"The process was smooth, my car was OK and exactly where I left when I returned 15 days later. The Hotel bus from the airport was as they said and I got to the hotel, packed my luggage in the car, used the hotel restroom and drove home. Pretty easy with no problems. Less hectic by far compared to the crazy at the parking lots/ramps at Miami airport, and a whole lot cheaper. I would use them again."
