"Have used it sporadically, has become easier to use. It all worked out very well. will continue using it. However, the shuttle bus needs a better luggage compartment with easier access."

"Very easy process ,booked reservation and showed up was directed to where to park my car found a spot easily and left . When I returned the attendant told me to retrieve my car n buzz him which I did and I was on my way .All at a price that was cheaper than an ride from one of the ride services. So very happy ."

"Since I found this place, I stopped looking at any other facility. Super close to MIA, very easy to book, excellent customer service at the desk. The only thing you must keep in mind is the shuttle. It might take some time to come and take passengers to the airport. It won't work for you if you are tight with your check in time. It happened to us and we almost lost our flight. Other than that, we are very happy and won't need any other facility, plus it offers the best prices."

"Reserving and paying for a parking spot at The Sheraton via Rightway Parking was easy to do on line. The disappointing part was after our trip when we pulled up at the parking ticket machine by the parking exit and inserted the ticket it said we owed over $300!!!! I chose to press the Assistance button on the machine & waited a few minutes. Nothing happened. I pressed and held the button in the 2nd time. FINALLY it recalculated and the exit bar raised & i was able to exit! "

"The parking is safe and secure, very close to the airport. The shuttle is making rounds the whole day between the hotel and the airport so is so easy to take it."

"Really only reason I gave a 4 star rating was due to the uncovered parking on the 3rd floor the rest was full and we got there very early then from the uncovers parking we had to walk quite a bit, go up a flight of stairs with our luggage to find the elevator for ground floor, wish there were signs or arrows leading to elevator but to give the benefit of the doubt it was our first time if we would've known we would've dropped off our bags at the front and had only one person go park. Other than that it was pretty good and the shuttle was amazing coming every 15 minutes and we were at the aiport in no time. "
