"A pretty smooth affair outside of trying to leave the parking lot. Upon trying to depart I was asked for a number of things I no longer had...a qr code from an email that I had already deleted. I would like to add that after a very long day of flights the last thing one wants to deal with is trying to get our of a parking lot. If you can verify our ID before we even get on the transport bus then why have the customer go through a final interrogation before exiting the lot? I think a more efficient system needs to be looked at a here. I can also appreciate the need for security which is likely the driver behind the current system. All said, the gate attendant was very patient in dealing with a late night frustrated customer who just wanted to get on the road. "
