For the second time we were in Terminal A which is the first stop in the circuit. We were the last 4 of the 11 capacity and there were 8 more behind us waiting for the next bus. If we were in Terminal H I might still be there waiting"

"First time at this Omni location. Not the best experience. Only 1 person checking everyone in wasn’t efficient. U park on the 7,8,9th floors and take your luggage to the 1st floor. There are some locations that do check in and pick up on those floor’s and also drop u back to those same floors. Not this location. Drop off took some time because they want to fill up the van. Pick up was quick from the port. "
