"I love that it's a covered garage area. However, the directions on how to get to the actual area needs more clarity in the email. The company signage is different at the garage than what's on the website as well.

"The west shore parking is convenient to the airport and is a full garage. I didn’t see any security there but assume there may be cameras for monitoring purposes. The uber cost approx. $15 one way. There is a bus, but I wasn’t familiar with the bust stop location. Uber can be a challenge as the drivers don’t like to go such a short distance then have to re-queue at the airport after dropping you off. iMHO right way parking needs their own shuttle service and charge more than $2 and less than $15 to service their customers"

The company can be more transparent about stating their lack of security for their facilities. At a minimum they should provide simply 'anything' above and beyond relying on house securityto protect our obviously long term unattended vehicles.
The presence of vagrants in and around the sheltered parking facility here deserves extra attention."

"The booking was straightforward and simple, the price was great, and proximity to the airport is very good. However, upon arriving at the parking lot, there were no covered spaces available. The entire level was filled, and we had to park on the exposed rooftop level. This made me nervous, as I did not want our vehicle out in the open like that for 12 days. There were also no other long-term vehicles parked up there, so it raised concerns about being towed or broken into. Ultimately, we returned 12 days later to an intact safe vehicle, with no problem. The stress it caused during the trip was not cool though, so hopefully next time they properly reserve their paid customer spots. Thanks!"
