Couldn’t leave a voicemail to let them know that somebody was waiting, so I ended up calling the operator at the hotel who is able to reach him and let him know that there was two couples so it took a little more than 30 minutes. I think we must’ve just missed him by a few minutes."

The only glitch was departing, as I checked with the hotel and was told to just drive to the gate and it would open. Nope. I had to use the callbox and after providing some information, they opened the gate. I was advised that I should have received a barcode from the hotel. Minor issue."

"The parking at embassy has been great and the updated security measures have elevated the experience which I appreciate! The thing that deters me and im sure other customers from parking at this location is the shuttle pickup when arriving back from our trip, we call as stated and follow the given instructions not to call for the shuttle service until we are completely ready, but never fails the wait times are long and in weather conditions that are extremely hot and or cold plus coming off of a long flight it can be frustrating and discouraging!! I hope this issue can be resolved! "

The reason i did not give 5 stars was the wait at the airport to be picked up to return to the hotel was i thought a little long. The wait was over 30 minutes, while the driver was pleasant, the process seemed not polished and my expectation was really not met. If you are going to offer a service, the complete process should be exacting, not so much of a after thought"

"All the well with drop off. The new process seemed very simple and easy and I knew my vehicle would be secure until my return. But the pick up and exit was quite stressful and confusing. I could find or access the required QR code to lift the gate to exit. I downloaded the app, returned to the link sent in text messaging and the agent was not helpful on the call box. Keep repeating, " just scan the QR code" which does not help if you don't see one. I was especially frustrated because all options lead back to either paying again or starting a new reservation. By the second call to the call box, the next agent was prompt and super helpful. Asked for my name, and plate and raised the gate for us so we could head home after a super long trip and a very hot day."

"The Embassy Suites is well located close to BWI. We arrived around noon and there was a convenient space close to the hotel and the front desk staff were friendly and fully instructive. We returned 15 days later at around 9pm on a Wednesday night. It took 2 calls - after being on hold for a long time on the 1st - to the hotel. Both (to & back) shuttle drivers were great - friendly & helpful. But getting our car out of the lot was a problem. The front desk said that I should’ve received a text from a 615 number. I had no idea that this was the process and did not have the text. The gate wouldn’t lift. I had to go into the hotel. The front desk suggested that I hadn’t paid, but I had my paper receipt that I had printed out. Finally the gave me a print out to hold up to the scanning machine and I got out. So, the exit process is not made clear enough to users."
