"Reserving a parking space was very easy. The Hyatt had a very large parking lot that was mostly full. Yet, despite the horrendous snow on Jan 29, vacant spots were easily accessible. The shuttle was timely & the driver was very helpful with my bags. It made my trip very pleasant from start to finish."

"Rightway and Hilton provided just what we needed and were very kind and professional. The one critique I have is that calling for pick up is confusing as the number provided it to a general automated switchboard and there were no instructions to what number to select. It took 20 minutes or so to a human to direct me to call the hotel front desk. Also, when picking up from BWI in frigid weather, I would highly suggest not using Location 7"
