"This was my first time using this service and overall it was good. The booking was seamless and easy to navigate. When arriving to the hotel it was confusing. The lot that was designated for parking only was completely full. I drove around looking for a spot to go into the hotel to check in. I finally parked in a spot in front of the hotel. I went into the hotel and up to the front desk and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. She asked for my email and gave me a hang tag that had to be displayed in the window at all times. I was them told I could park anywhere and was assured that my car would be fine. I was able to get onto the shuttle right away and was dropped off at the airport easily. When arriving back at the airport, I called the number given and spoke to someone to let them know I was awaiting pickup. There was about a 15 minute wait to be picked up by the shuttle. This was my least favorite part of the process. Once it arrived, we went back to the hotel and were dropped off to return to our cars. Overall a good experience. "

"It was smooth and easy parking. As soon as we arrived the van attendant was ready to load our bags onto the Hyatt van. He waited for my husband to park the car and off we went to the airport. Upon the return flight, we called the number they gave us ( and it was in the Rightway Parking confirmation message) and were instructed to go out after baggage claim and wait at pillar 7 for our van. He came within 10 minutes and dropped us at our car! "

"The people driving were friendly but did not provide accurate information. I asked the driver , upon return to BWI what is the process. He said just call and we'll come right over when upon return the customer service stated the come every 30 minutes. Also I approached a van with 2 workers I driver and 1 in passenger seat. I was told this was not the van until my son approached and got me to pull up reservation , then the employee in the passenger seat let me ride with the rest of the people going to pick up their cars. It really was as if he just wanted me to wait until he was pushed to do the right thing. This came after 7 hrs of travel. Anyway m car was fine but employees need to be honest ."

"I recently used the Hyatt House BWI for airport parking and overall had a good experience. The parking was convenient and easy to access, and the airport shuttle was quick, efficient, and ran smoothly, which made getting to and from BWI stress-free. My only complaint is that there were a limited number of designated parking spots available. Because of that, I ended up having to park in the general hotel parking area instead of the dedicated parking section. Other than that, everything went well, and I’d still consider using their parking again in the future."
