"Juan has been the shuttle driver several times now. One thing I didn't know is that the hotel also offers free shuttle to the cruise port and the shuttle ends up being very crowded and I can backlog the time assigned for you to get to the port. Though, we have been on-time so far, Juan has to really kill himself to do all that work. The hotel does a good job keeping vehicles safe. The hotel offers a free night at the hotel for the same price rightway offers just to park. I think this is a new offer. "
