"Always friendly and helpful..almost never a problem..last Saturday at rcl terminal had to wait in wheelchair quite a while with bags stacked next to us..only to then see rightway van pass us and go 10p feet away...there's including long time wheelchair woman were surprised and unaware they moved the pick up spot..once we were able to figure a way to angle me and suitcases to new location..others had already fully loaded that white van...so we now started waiting again...for quite awhile..a big bus parked in front of us blocking our view..it was going to airport..it filled and left..eventualy a larger black Mercedes van pulled in..no signs on it..but driver had rightway shirt on...so we loaded and no problems.just wanted you to know this info. Thankyou"

"We came from Clermont, Fl., directions were spot on. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nice young man. He asked our last name, confirmed our booking, gave us a dashboard ticket and a ticket to hold on to. He advised us to take a picture of it in case we lost it,(we did take his advise). After he told us where to park, we were barely out of my vehicle when the shuttle pulled up. The driver took our luggage and loaded it and drove us to the Port of Tampa for our cruise. The driver was extremely friendly and easy to talk with. He gave us specific instructions on where to meet the shuttle once we disembarked the cruise upon return to Tampa. Pickup back to the lot was quick and easy, couldn't ask for a better shuttle experience. The lot is fully fenced in and as secure as any off site parking lot. I'm referring to the lot on 26th street in Tampa, our cruise was 08/06-08/10 2026. We will definitely use Rightway Parking again on our next cruise out of Tampa!"
