"Parking was right across the street from the port. It was very convenient for us to drop off our vehicle and get back to our car early in the morning before the rush."

"I thought I was parking at the Port Authority parking lot, which is what I wanted as it's much easier. Other than the mix up on that. Which was probably my fault for not reading more carefully. Oh, also, I try not to be a Karen but the a/c needs to be fixed on the white shuttle bus, as it was so hot while I waited to be dropped off at terminal #3, the way back was much smoother as I knew where I was going and that I was parked across the street from the port. "

"PArking and shuttle is great.I didn’t realize until I was on the way home my keys Weber’s missing.Thank God I had a set in my handbag.That night I called righway parking and got message mailbox full.I finally sent emails,they gave me other#to call!also mail box full.NOT GOOD.but in the end I finally got through keys found ,and they are mailing them to me.Lets hope I get them.Thanks customer service.great co.to park at..I’ll see you in Nov."

"Even with the construction going on around the parking lot, the experience was flawless. After unloading our vehicle, the staff immediately loaded our luggage in a waiting van. The staff made sure we were all headed to the correct ship and had the correct documents. Quick drive to the ship and they helped unload as well. Pick up after our cruise was just as quick and easy. Would recommend to others!"

"Excellent location. So close to the terminal that you can walk to pick up your car. I would recommed that over waiting in line in the hot sun for the shuttle. Book in advance to save money. Drop off passangers and luggage before dropping off your car. Shuttle back to terminal was quick. Enjoy."
