The Tru by Hilton Valet provides an excellent choice for affordable long or short-term airport parking for Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.
Guests parking with the Tru by Hilton can use the hotel amenities which include Wi-fi access, restrooms and a comfortable waiting lounge.
The hotel is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking.
Shuttle service is included to and from the airport with every reservation.
Valet parking. The hotel holds on to the keys.

The shuttle runs every 50 minutes (E.g, 4:50, 5:50, 6:50, etc.)
Once the reservation is booked, shuttleinstructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

"When I got back I called the customer service line and was told to go outside the airport and wait where the buses pickup. I waited almost 2 hours when I called back and got a different person who told me to call the other number from the email. I told her to pls give me the number because I was on 1 bar on my phone but she insisted on sending me the email and told me to refer to it for the number. It was raining heavily and I was almost stuck if my phone had died and had to keep waiting. I thought I was calling the right number and was told to just wait outside "

"On a long list of hotels to park at, shuttle bus times are every hour ON the hour. But this one ... 50 minutes past the hour. I missed this - my fault. But had to uber to the airport or wait 1 hour. Also: I prefer to self park and take my keys. At this location you must use valet, leave the keys, and tip a guy to do for you what you prefer to do yourself. So 4 stars instead of 5."
